Springtime Driver Safety Tips

The increasing sunshine hours and warmth of springtime can give the impression winter is gone and so are the treacherous driving conditions. However, spring can also be a challenging time to drive! Here are some quick tips to help keep you safe in the fog, rain or flood during spring.

• Check/replace wiper blades. The icy winter may have damaged your wipers and you don’t want to find out during the first heavy rain.
• Clean your windscreen inside and out. This will help your wipers and de-mister to do their job.
• Check/replace worn tyres. Reduce the chances of hydroplaning across puddles or flooded roads.
